After struggling with my own anxiety and digestive issues, I became very passionate about supporting others that are going though similar health concerns. Though I work with people who have a variety of health conditions, my focus is on gut health and mental health because I believe these two things are crucial for maintaining overall health and wellness. If you decide to work with me, you will be met with compassion and non-judgement. While we are working together, I promise to to be dedicated to you, on your health journey.
